Welcome to ATG Creative Learning

The Ambassador Theatre Group is proud to support an extensive programme of Creative Learning activities across its many theatres.

We have busy Creative Learning Departments across the UK delivering regular and varied programmes of events and classes.

Our Creative Learning Departments

> Stoke-on-Trent > Richmond > West End > Wimbledon

All programmes include activities related to the shows being presented in the theatres as well as opportunities to explore theatre-making more generally and to build personal skills.

In addition, we offer regular events exploring the options available to young people interested in a career in theatre.

The Ambassador Theatre Group is also an active member of Action for Children’s Arts and fully endorses its recent Manifesto for Children’s Arts which is inspired by Article 31 of the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child:
'Every child has the right to rest and leisure, to engage in play and recreational activities appropriate to the age of the child and to participate freely in cultural life and the arts'

New Writing, New Play, New Opportunity – A National Project

Coming to your theatre soon!

A major playwright is being  commissioned to write a new play on the theme of “truce” which will bring together young people from across Great Britain, culminating in both regional and London West End performances, and even more exciting, this will be part of the London 2012 Festival

Sessions will kick off spring 2012 with performances in summer 2012 and beyond - more details in December 2011!
