The Railway Children

Waterloo Station Theatre

Saturday 11 September 2010 to Sunday 02 January 2011
Running Time: TBC

The Railway Children – now playing live from Waterloo Station Theatre

After two sell out and critically acclaimed summer runs at the National Railway Museum with York Theatre Royal, this breathtaking theatrical event is now live in London, transforming the former Eurostar platforms at Waterloo Station!

One of the country's best loved novels comes to life using this unique theatre setting that has been converted into a 1,000 seat venue with audiences sitting either side of a real railway track.

Join Bobbie, Peter and Phyllis as they tell the story of how they became The Railway Children featuring the Stirling Single, a beautiful 60 tonne steam locomotive.

This production supports the Railway Children charity, helping children living on the streets.

Please arrive at the theatre 15 minutes prior to the performance starting. Admittance of latecomers is not guaranteed and may only occur at a suitable interval.

Anyone under the ager of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the venue. The adult must also attend the performance. Adults and children under the age of 16 must be seated together.
