Experiences with a Stranger

UK premiere

Experiences with a Stranger

Sonia Gomez (Spain)

Dance, performance art, physical theatre? You decide.  An interactive experience on-line and in the flesh.

In this creative, personalised, unique project Sonia Gomez gets to know a male volunteer for several weeks before her performance; exploring his desires, interests, fascinations – from art to travel, to body image, fantasy and more. Using dance, film, photography, music – whatever is appropriate to enhance the show. Sonia then creates a pilot TV programme, but for the stage.
