With special guest star Alison Moyet and guest vocalists Ruby Turner and Louise Marshall. Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, featuring Gilson Lavis on drums, return this Autumn with the party that never stops. Starting 14 years ago, 29-date 2009 tour takes the unrivalled Jools Holland party atmosphere the length and breadth of the UK, including Victoria Hall on 7 November 2009. The show promises to deliver the ultimate party atmosphere, as always, which over the past years has seen Jools Holland perform to a staggering 4 million people, with the show becoming an annual must-see event for fans around the country. The success of the live show's atmosphere inspired Jools' last album The Informer, the title track of which, with vocals by Ruby Turner, became one of the most-played records on Radio 2, as was I Went By featuring Louise Marshall. Ruby and Louise return once again as guest vocalists alongside superstar ska trombonist Rico Rodriguez to create an evening of the boogiest sounds around. Get ready to hear some great songs from this tour's star guest Alison Moyet. Celebrate, party and boogie down with Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra - a show that you’ll want to experience again and again.
